An Invitation for Women to Learn More About the Retreat
I’m hosting a Retreat Information Session on January 9th at 1 pm for women of color who feel curious or called to the Listening When Parts Speak retreat in Costa Rica this March.
This retreat centers on Healing Legacy Burdens with Ancestral Wisdom and is designed for those who want to engage in deep parts work, generational healing, and nervous system care in a supportive and intentional community.
During the info session, I’ll share more about the retreat experience, who it’s for, and what we’ll be exploring together. There will also be space for your questions.
