“The Living Ancestor”
The Living Ancestor was born from a desire to help women of color heal intergenerational trauma by tapping into the incredible power of their ancestral gifts and to identify those who are also Living Ancestors and help them step into their destiny of sharing their ancestral gifts in world healing.
As the founder, I bring over 30 years of therapeutic experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
My journey into holistic healing and ancestral practices began in 2018, a path that truly aligned with my calling.
Discovering the Power of Connecting with Our Ancestors
Through powerful personal experiences, including receiving meditations directly from my ancestors, I discovered the profound healing and guidance that comes from connecting with our lineage.
This experience inspired me to write my first book, Listening When Parts Speak, which shares these ancestral insights and meditations.
My mission
Through both personal and professional experiences, I understand the unique journey in healing generational trauma, especially for women of color.
My mission is to create a safe, supportive space where you can connect with your ancestral wisdom, contribute your unique gifts to humanity, and embark on a path of deep self-discovery and healing.
